Tekskills Inc. in India is seeking a senior ETL Lead to design and implement SSIS-based data integration solutions. You will collaborate with BI leads, data architects, and analysts to translate requirements into scalable ETL workflows.

The role requires deep expertise in SSIS, DataStage, SQL Server, and dimensional modeling, along with strong leadership and communication skills to mentor a growing team and ensure high-quality deployments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in SSIS development and support.
• 4+ years of DataStage experience in both support and development.
• Strong proficiency in SQL Server and T-SQL.
• Experience with data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.
• Familiarity with SSRS and SSAS is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.

Lead the design and development of SSIS packages for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).

Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, and stakeholders to understand data requirements.

Optimize and troubleshoot existing SSIS packages for performance and reliability.

Manage and mentor a team of SSIS developers, providing technical guidance and support.

Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.

Develop and maintain documentation for ETL processes and data flows.

Implement data quality checks and validation mechanisms.

Participate in code reviews and ensure compliance with organizational standards.

Coordinate with DBA and infrastructure teams for deployment and maintenance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in SSIS development and support .

4 + years of DataStage experience both in Support and Development

Strong proficiency in SQL Server and T-SQL.

Experience with data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.

Familiarity with other Microsoft BI tools (SSRS, SSAS) is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
