Job summary

Tekskills Inc. is seeking an experienced Lead ETL Developer to design, develop, and optimize SSIS packages for enterprise data pipelines in Chennai.

You will collaborate with business analysts, data architects, and stakeholders, mentor a team of SSIS developers, and ensure best practices across coding, testing, and deployment.

The role requires strong SQL Server/T-SQL, DataStage experience, data warehousing knowledge, and familiarity with SSRS/SSAS; Agile experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of SSIS development and support experience.
• 4+ years DataStage in support and development.
• Strong SQL Server and T-SQL skills.
• Experience with data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.
• Familiarity with other Microsoft BI tools (SSRS, SSAS) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
