Job summary

Tekskills Inc. in India is seeking a Lead SSIS/ETL Architect to design and develop ETL pipelines using SSIS, ensuring data quality and performance.

You will mentor a team of SSIS developers, collaborate with analysts and data architects, and coordinate with DBA teams for deployment, while upholding best practices across coding, testing, and documentation.

This role requires strong SQL Server/T‑SQL skills and experience with DataStage is a plus.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in SSIS development and support.
• 4+ years of DataStage experience both in Support and Development
• Strong proficiency in SQL Server and T-SQL.
• Experience with data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.
• Familiarity with other Microsoft BI tools (SSRS, SSAS) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
