Job summary

Tekskills is seeking a seasoned SSIS Lead to design and develop ETL solutions, optimize data extraction, transformation, and loading processes, and collaborate with analysts and data architects in Bengaluru.

You will mentor a team of SSIS developers, ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment, and maintain thorough documentation and data quality checks while coordinating with DBA groups.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in SSIS development and support.
• 4+ years of DataStage experience both in Support and Development
• Strong proficiency in SQL Server and T-SQL.
• Experience with data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.
• Familiarity with other Microsoft BI tools (SSRS, SSAS) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
