Job summary

AGS Health in Chennai seeks a Medical Billing professional with 1–3 years of IV/EV calling experience. The role focuses on invoice verification, service date accuracy, CPT/charges matching, and timely escalation.

It offers a night shift schedule (6:30 PM–3:30 AM) with Saturdays and Sundays off and a solid learning platform with growth potential in medical billing. Candidate should be adept at using internal tools, ensuring production and quality as per QOB, and be ready for immediate joining in

Responsibilities

• To ensure that the Invoice or Medical Record or encounter number matches the payment EOB or statement.
• To ensure that the correct date of service, CPT and charge amount matches the invoice number listed on the EOB.
• To ensure that any issue or clarification are escalated to process owner in timely manner.
• To ensure that all internal tools are used in timely manner.
• Production and quality should be achieved based on the QOB.
