Tekskills Inc. in Delhi is seeking an Email Security Specialist to manage secure email flows, protect against phishing, malware, and spoofing. You will administer Mimecast and integrate with DLP and endpoint security solutions.

The role requires 5–7 years of hands-on experience with Mimecast or similar tools, knowledge of SPF/DKIM/DMARC, and collaboration with SOC and security teams to detect and respond to email threats.

Job Description:

ITCI Cyber security team is looking for Email Security Specialist will be responsible for managing the secure flow of corporate emails and ensuring email protection against phishing, malware, and spoofing. The role includes day-to-day administration of tools like Mimecast and integrating with DLP and endpoint security solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and monitor email security platforms (Mimecast) including policies, encryption, and continuity features.
• Triage and resolve phishing alerts, malware-infected attachments, and impersonation attempts.
• Coordinate with SOC and endpoint teams for email-based threat correlation.
• Configure SPF, DKIM, and DMARC to strengthen email authentication and anti-spoofing controls.
• Generate monthly reports on blocked threats, phishing statistics, and email traffic patterns.
• Handle mailbox quarantines, user release requests, and alert fine-tuning.
• Investigate shadow IT indicators and suspicious outbound communications.
• Support email DLP integration and incident handling with data governance teams.
• Assist in domain reputation monitoring and threat feed integrations.
• Provide support during cyber drill simulations and post-incident investigations.

Key Skills & Certifications:

• Good 5 to 7 years of experience with Mimecast, Microsoft Defender for Office 365, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of SMTP, TLS, DMARC, and email threat detection methodologies.
• Familiar with email encryption, journaling, and eDiscovery.
