Job summary

Tekskills Inc. in Mumbai is seeking an Email Security Specialist to manage the secure flow of corporate emails and protection against phishing, malware, and spoofing. You will administer Mimecast and integrate with DLP and endpoint security solutions.

You will coordinate with SOC and endpoint teams, configure SPF/DKIM/DMARC, and generate monthly reports while handling mailbox quarantines and incident handling.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience with Mimecast or equivalent technology.
• Knowledge of SPF, DKIM, and DMARC and email threat detection methodologies.
• Familiar with email encryption, journaling, and eDiscovery.

Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor email security platforms (Mimecast) including policies, encryption, and continuity features.
• Triage and resolve phishing alerts, malware-infected attachments, and impersonation attempts.
• Coordinate with SOC and endpoint teams for email-based threat correlation.
• Configure SPF, DKIM, and DMARC to strengthen email authentication and anti-spoofing controls.
• Generate monthly reports on blocked threats, phishing statistics, and email traffic patterns.
• Handle mailbox quarantines, user release requests, and alert fine-tuning.
• Investigate shadow IT indicators and suspicious outbound communications.
• Support email DLP integration and incident handling with data governance teams.
• Assist in domain reputation monitoring and threat feed integrations.
• Provide support during cyber drill simulations and post-incident investigations.
