• Conduct regular assessments, tests, examinations, and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain accurate academic records, attendance, and student performance reports.
• Support students in board examination preparation and academic improvement plans.
• Participate in Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) and communicate progress to parents.
• Mentor students on academic and career-related matters in commerce.
• Contribute to curriculum development and school initiatives.
