• Guide students in academic projects, research assignments, and career development in the field of Commerce and Finance.
• Publish research papers in UGC-CARE, Scopus, or peer-reviewed journals and participate in academic conferences, workshops, and FDPs.
• Assist in departmental administration, curriculum design, NAAC/NBA accreditation work, and extracurricular events.
• Maintain a positive and supportive classroom environment that fosters critical thinking and academic excellence.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Education: Masters Degree in Commerce (M.Com) with a minimum of 55% marks (or an equivalent grade point average) from a recognized university.
• Mandatory Criteria: Must have cleared UGC-NET / SLET / SET in Commerce OR possess a Ph.D. degree in Commerce awarded in accordance with UGC guidelines.
• Experience: 0 to 5 years of teaching or research experience in a recognized college or university (Fresh Ph.D. or NET-qualified candidates are welcome to apply).

Skills:

• In-depth command over Commerce subjects (e.g., Financial Accounting, Costing, Taxation, Corporate Law, Auditing, or Business Finance).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation capabilities.
• Proficiency in using modern educational tools, MS Office, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Strong research background with published papers is highly desirable.
