Job summary

Purview Services is seeking an OpenShift Infrastructure Engineer to lead platform engineering, infra operations and complex migrations. You will design, build, operate OpenShift clusters and own all infrastructure tasks, collaborating with architecture, security and application teams to ensure smooth cutovers.

In this role, strong Linux fundamentals, hands-on OpenShift experience, and a track record in large-scale enterprise migrations are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in OpenShift cluster administration.
• Solid background in Infrastructure / Platform Engineering.
• Proven involvement in migration projects with explicit infrastructure or platform scope.
• Strong Linux fundamentals and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate Red Hat OpenShift clusters in enterprise environments.
• Own OpenShift infrastructure operations including installation, upgrades, scaling, and day2 operations.
• Actively participate in migration projects (OnPrem to OnPrem, DC to DC, OnPrem to Cloud, legacy platforms to OpenShift).
• Work closely with architecture, security, and application teams during migration and cutover phases.
• Ensure platform reliability, performance, and availability aligned with SRE principles.
• Support container platform operations, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.
• Adhere to enterprise security, compliance, and governance standards.
