AVI-SPL is seeking an Onsite Maintenance Technician to provide on-premises AV support at customer sites in Bengaluru. The role partners with customers, management, Global Helpdesk and SIG teams to deliver a world-class customer service experience.

The candidate will perform setup/breakdown of conference spaces, preventative maintenance on AV equipment, and on-site documentation, while traveling to various job sites and adhering to safety standards. Previous AV integration experience is preferred.

Competenze

• Minimum of 1–3 years of audiovisual integration experience preferred.
• Formal education in Electronics or related field preferred.
• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proficient with test and calibration equipment.
• Ability to diagnose complex system problems.

Skills and Abilities

• Effectively communicate with employees, customers and colleagues.
• Detailed experience of Corporate AV installation
• Experience of the following platforms: Global Meet, Zoom, Cisco, Crestron, Evertz, Yamaha, Shure, Barco, LED Screens etc.
• Proven track record of delivering live events to a very high
• Experience discussing technical solutions with non-technical
• Ability to work and think independently and ensuring to meet deadlines.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Knowledge of basic signal flow for audio, video and contro.
• Valid Driver’s License and a Motor Vehicle Record that meets AVI-SPL driving standards.

Education and/or Experience

• Minimum of 1 – 3 years of audiovisual integration experience preferred
• Formal education in Electronics or related field preferred
• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Proficient with test and calibration equipment
• Ability to diagnose complex system problems
