This is a full-time, permanent Online Reputation Specialist position with immediate joining, based at our New Delhi HQ, sitting inside the ORM cell that executes sentiment-monitor passes, content-suppression cycles, and review-response drafts for sovereign, political, and enterprise clients across 18 countries. What you will actually do:

• Work the review queues yourself — reading every new rating on monitored profiles, triaging which get replies, escalations, or silence, and drafting responses in the client's approved voice

• Hold profile hygiene across the properties that anchor a name — outdated pages corrected, duplicate listings merged, ownership verified, categories fixed
