Job summary

Aspire is hiring a KYB Analyst to ensure client records comply with AML and KYB standards, catching gaps and closing them before they become risks. You will verify data, liaise with customers for missing documents, and perform enhanced due diligence on sensitive clients to protect the business and customers.

As part of the Onboarding team, you’ll review KYB on leads to enable a fast, seamless client experience while staying current with regulatory changes that impact AML and KYB obligations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with outstanding academic records.
• Proficient in written and verbal English.
• 1–2 years of experience as KYB Analyst or related roles; freshers welcome.

Responsibilities

About The Role

As Aspire grows, making sure every client relationship is properly vetted and stays compliant is critical to protecting the business and our customers. In this role, you'll keep client records aligned with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Business (KYB) regulatory standards — catching gaps, chasing down what's missing, and closing them out before they become risks.

About The Team

The Onboarding team’s role is to perform KYB on our leads. We aim to review applications as fast as possible, and offer a seamless experience.

What You'll Own

• Be responsible for ensuring all client records are compliant with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Client/Business (KYB) regulatory standards in a timely fashion
• Review the collection and verification of data performed to ensure all KYB records are accurate and complete
• Liaise with customers to obtain missing documents
• Perform enhanced due diligence on sensitive clients
• Stay current with all regulatory changes and requirements around AML & KYB obligations

What You Need To Be Successful

• You hold a bachelor degree with outstanding academic records
• Proficient in written and verbal communication skill in English
• You have 1-2 years of experience as KYB Analyst or related roles (Freshers are welcome to apply!)
• You are analytical and possess strong communication skills
