Job summary

Jive Jar in Hyderabad is seeking a confident, on‑camera presenter to join our in‑house content team. You will create short‑form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn and other digital channels, refine topics, and deliver clear, natural delivery after adapting scripts to each brand.

You will understand each subject, improve wording where needed, and present with energy on camera. Auditions are required and freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.

Qualifications

• Natural expressions, voice modulation and body language.
• Ability to understand a subject and explain it clearly in your own words.
• Basic scriptwriting, copywriting or storytelling ability.

• Knowledge of Telugu and/or Hindi is an advantage.

• Jive Jar Products builds practical software that solves real operating problems. Our first product, Screenfire.ai, is an AI-powered digital signage platform that connects with POS, calendar and inventory systems so multi-location businesses can update their screens automatically.
• Jive Jar Marketing helps businesses replace disconnected marketing activities with a clearer operating system across strategy, performance marketing, content, social media, branding, websites, SEO, CRM, automation and analytics.

WHY WE ARE HIRING

We are building an in-house on-camera content function for Jive Jar's multiple brands, products and services. This person will help us create clear, engaging and consistent video content while adapting the presentation style to different brands and audiences.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will present short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn and other digital channels across our multi-brand portfolio.

We will provide the topic, reference information and an initial script or content direction. Your job is to understand the subject, improve the wording where needed, and deliver it naturally and confidently on camera. This is not a role where you simply read a script without understanding it.

AUDITION PROCESS

Shortlisted applicants will be asked to submit a 45-60 second unedited vertical video explaining any product, application, service or topic directly to the camera.

A clearly recorded smartphone video is sufficient. Professional equipment, special effects and editing are not required. We will assess camera confidence, communication clarity, expressions, voice modulation, natural delivery and the ability to hold the viewer’s attention.
