The Glove is seeking an experienced OKTA Identity Governance Consultant to join our tech team on a permanent basis. You will manage identity and access protocols using OKTA Identity Governance to strengthen security and efficiency across systems.

Key responsibilities include designing and enforcing RBAC, collaborating with stakeholders to define requirements, conducting regular audits, and providing guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4–7 years of identity governance and access management experience.
• Proven expertise in OKTA Identity Governance (OIG) and RBAC.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
