Job summary

ERM Placement Services is seeking a senior Oracle Identity Manager specialist for design, development, customization, and deployment of Identity Management solutions. The role requires hands-on experience across OIM 11g/12c, DR setup, and integration with GRC and E-Business Suite.

The candidate should have 5–8 years of industry experience, strong Java skills, and familiarity with agile projects, with location options in Mumbai or Gurgaon.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of industry experience in design, development, customization, configuration, deployment of Identity Management and Governance products.
• User life cycle management processes, RBAC, Certifications.
• Exposure to implementing Oracle Identity & Access Management for clients across multiple industry domains.
• Experience on Oracle Identity Management 11g R2 Ps1, Ps2, 11g R2 PS3 Suite.
• Experience on DR Setup.
• Upgrade of OID from 11G to 12c.
• Oracle Identity Manager Integration with Oracle GRC and Oracle E-Business Suite.
• Experience with Oracle Unified Directory and SOA Workflows.

Responsibilities
