Job summary

ERM Placement Services seeks an experienced Oracle Identity Manager specialist to design, customize and deploy identity management solutions for clients across industries. The role requires 5–8 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Identity Manager, OIM 11g R2 PS1/PS2/PS3, and integration with GRC and E-Business Suite.

DR setup and OID upgrades to 12c are key tasks, with a strong focus on agile delivery. Location is Mumbai or Gurgaon, with a preference for local candidates.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in design, development, customization, deployment of Identity Management and Governance products.
• Experience with user life cycle management, RBAC, certifications.
• Exposure to implementing Oracle Identity & Access Management for clients across industries.
• Experience with Oracle Identity Management 11g R2 PS1/PS2/PS3 Suite and DR setup.
• Upgrade of OID from 11g to 12c.
• OID Integration with Oracle GRC and Oracle E-Business Suite.
• Experience with Oracle Unified Directory and SOA Workflows.

Skill: OIM- Oracle Identity Manager

JD:

• 5-8 years of industry experience in design, development, customization, configuration, deployment of any Identity Management and Governance products
• User life cycle management processes, RBAC, Certifications
• Having exposure to Implementing Oracle Identity & Access Management for clients across multiple industry domains.
• Having Experience on Oracle Identity Management 11g R2Ps1, Ps2, 11g R2 PS3 Suite.
• Having Experience on DR Setup.
• Having Experience on Upgrade of OID from 11G to 12c
• Oracle Identity Manager Integration with Oracle GRC and Oracle E-Business Suite.
• Having experience in Working on Oracle Unified Directory and SOA Workflows

Good to Have:

• Handson experience in OIM 12C
• Very good Java programming skills
• Good understanding of the Deployment process.
• Must have exposure in agile projects
