Job summary

ERM Placement Services in Mumbai seeks an experienced Oracle Identity Manager professional for a Big 4 consulting engagement. The role covers end-to-end identity management design, configuration, and deployment across multiple client projects.

The candidate should have 5–8 years of hands-on experience with OIM 11g R2 PS1/PS2/PS3, upgrades to 12c, DR setup, and integration with GRC and Oracle E-Business Suite. Strong Java skills and agile delivery are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of industry experience in design, development, customization, configuration, deployment of Identity Management and Governance products.
• Experience with user life cycle management processes, RBAC, and certifications.
• Exposure to implementing Oracle Identity & Access Management for clients across multiple industry domains.
• Experience on Oracle Identity Management 11g R2 PS1/PS2/PS3 suite.
• Experience on DR setup.
• Experience on upgrading OID from 11g to 12c.
• OID integration with GRC and Oracle E-Business Suite.
• Experience working on Oracle Unified Directory and SOA Workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, configure, and deploy Identity Management and Governance products.
• Handle user life cycle management, RBAC, and certifications.
• Implement Oracle Identity & Access Management for clients across industries.
• Upgrade OID 11g to 12c and perform DR setups.
• Integrate OID with GRC and E-Business Suite; work with UD and SOA Workflows.
