Job summary

GFT Technologies is seeking an experienced Oracle OFSLL Functional Consultant to lead functional configuration and user enablement across lending platforms. You will drive workshops, capture requirements, and deliver training materials while supporting pre-sales activities and RFP responses.

Required 6+ years in OFSLL consulting, strong stakeholder management, and proven training delivery. Knowledge of PL/SQL and Oracle DB is preferred; banking and lending experience an asset.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Oracle OFSLL Functional Consulting experience.
• Expertise in OFSLL configuration and parameterization.
• Deep knowledge of Consumer Lending, Auto Lending, Origination, and Servicing processes.
• Experience with test management, and functional documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle OFSLL configuration across modules (Consumer Lending, Leasing, LOC).
• Configure products, rates, fees, workflows, scorecards, servicing parameters.
• Conduct workshops, gather requirements, and perform gap analysis with stakeholders.
• Produce functional specs, configuration docs, and test scripts (SIT/UAT).
• Coordinate testing activities and support defect resolution.
• Design and deliver end-user and super-user training.
• Develop internal training materials and sandbox exercises.
• Support pre-sales activities with demos, RFP/RFI responses, and solution design.
• Act as functional SME and escalation point during delivery.

OFSLL Functional Consultant (Contractor | Full-Time)

GFT Technologies is seeking an experienced Oracle OFSLL Functional Consultant to lead functional configuration, business parameterization, and user enablement initiatives across lending and leasing platforms. This role will play a key part in client implementations, training delivery, and the development of GFT's Oracle OFSLL knowledge assets and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle OFSLL configuration across Consumer Lending, Leasing, and Lines of Credit modules.
• Configure products, rates, fees, workflows, scorecards, and servicing parameters.
• Conduct workshops, gather requirements, and perform gap analysis with business stakeholders.
• Produce functional specifications, configuration documentation, and test scripts (SIT/UAT).
• Coordinate testing activities and support defect resolution.
• Design and deliver training programs for end-users and super-users.
• Build internal training materials, knowledge articles, and sandbox exercises.
• Support pre-sales activities, including functional demos, RFP/RFI responses, and solution design.
• Act as the functional SME and escalation point during project delivery.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of Oracle OFSLL Functional Consulting experience.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of PL/SQL and Oracle Database.
• Familiarity with Java-based enterprise applications and integrations.
• Experience in banking, lending, leasing, or financial services environments.
• Experience working in consulting or large-scale transformation programs.
