Job summary

Policybazaar is seeking a candidate for Motor Insurance Operations focusing on offline quotations, endorsements, and cancellations. You will manage quotations across multiple insurer portals, coordinate endorsements and policy issuance, and ensure timely completion of tasks.

This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to work within defined TAT. Graduate with 1–4 years of experience in motor insurance operations or related fields is preferred.

• 1–4 years of experience in Motor Insurance Operations or related fields.
• Experience with quotations, endorsements, cancellations and policy issuance.
• Experience working with multiple insurance portals.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet defined TAT.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle motor insurance quotations, including offline quotations and generation of quotation links.
• Generate and manage quotations through multiple insurance company portals.
• Process endorsements such as customer/vehicle details, add-ons, hypothecation and policy corrections.
• Coordinate with insurers for endorsement approval and policy issuance.
• Handle motor policy cancellation requests, including documentation, processing and follow-ups.
• Download, verify and share policy/endorsement documents with the concerned teams.
• Coordinate with internal teams and insurance companies to resolve queries and ensure TAT compliance.
• Maintain accuracy in data entry, documentation and portal transactions.
