Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a Mechanical maintenance engineer in Roha, Maharashtra to plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance across plant equipment, utilities, boilers, refrigeration systems, and cooling towers.

The role focuses on energy efficiency, equipment reliability, and plant uptime while maintaining records and training staff. A BE Mechanical with relevant experience is preferred, with CMMS and ISO standards knowledge valued.

Qualifications

• BE Mechanical degree with 3–7 years maintenance experience.
• Experience in Chemical, API, Pharma, or Process Manufacturing industries.
• Strong knowledge of plant equipment, utilities and maintenance planning.
• Familiarity with CMMS, statutory compliance, and ISO standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Ensure smooth operation of plant equipment, utilities, boilers, refrigeration systems and cooling towers.
• Monitor maintenance costs, spare inventory and CAPEX projects.
