• B.Sc (Chemistry) or M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry is required.
• 5–7 years of experience in Peptide API manufacturing units.
• Experience in peptide product manufacturing and GMP environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Issue and receipt of raw materials for peptide product manufacturing.
• Charge batches and perform process operations per BMR and procedures.
• Manufacture peptide products per BMR and procedures in Peptide plant.
• Operate, calibrate, clean and maintain process equipment and log usage.
• Monitor process and cleaning turnaround times during synthesis and purification.
• Monitor process parameters and product yield.
• Reduce solvent usage, downtime, and batch failures; minimize waste.

Key responsibilities

• To issue and receipt of raw materials for manufacturing of Peptide Products as per requirement.
• Charging of batches and carry out all operations related to process as per BMR and written procedures.
• To manufacture peptide products as per BMR and written procedures in Peptide plant
• Operations, Calibration, Cleaning and Maintenance of process equipment and recording their usage logs.
• Monitor Process and cleaning turn around time (TR) during synthesis and purification of Peptide products.
• Monitor process parameter and yield.
• Reduction in Solvent usage and reduction in down time of the instruments.
• Reduction in batch failures, batch hold ups and generation of waste.
