Responsibilities

• Maintain ISO14001 and ISO45001 requirements and related documents.
• Execute production activities per planning in coordination with departments.
• Review and sign production batch records and ensure compliance with cGMP and SOPs.
• Investigate OOS/OOT, implement CAPAs and support audits.
• Train staff on SOPs and maintain discipline on the shop floor.

Key responsibilities

• To ensure that the ISO14001 and ISO45001 requirements and related documents are maintained.
• To execute production activities as per production planning in coordination with various department.
• To review, approve and distribute the instructions for Solvent Recovery and APIs according to written instructions
• Reviewing all production batch records and ensuring that these are completed and signed.
• Ensuring compliance to c GMP, Safety and SOPs.
• To ensure that all production deviations are reported, evaluated, investigated and corrective actions are initiated.
• Production planning and target achievements with respect to quality, quantity, yield, recovery efficiency and compliance.
• To review validation protocols and reports and product manuals.
• To evaluate proposed change control related to process or equipment’s.
• To perform full scale investigation related to OOS and OOT.
• To implement corrective and preventive actions to address root cause and participates in QRB meeting.
• To ensure that equipment’s are maintained in qualified state.
• To ensure compliance of production documents.
• Impart SOP related training to sub-ordinate and upgrade their skill & knowledge. Ensure that training records are updated in time for self and plant personnel.
• To maintain shop floor discipline and high morale in employee and ensure that harmonious relations among the employees are maintained.
• To ensure the plant facilities and surrounding area is clean and presentable.
• To complete and ensure the annual performance review of all the related subordinates.
• To ensure the solvent recovery is online with respect to c GMP, yield and quality.
• To facilitate, ensure & extend support for all audits pertaining activities.
• To ensure complete compliance in plants during Internal/External and Regulatory audits.
• To support and to play important role in remediation strategy rolls out.
• Preparing, Reviewing, Approving And Distributing The Instructions For The Production Of Intermediates Or Apis According To Written Procedures.
• Reviewing All Production Batch Records And Ensuring That These Are Completed and Signed.

Making Sure That The Necessary Calibrations Are Performed And Records Kept.
