Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Pune District is seeking an Officer - Security to safeguard IT Park facilities and ensure a safe, compliant environment.

You will oversee security operations, access control, visitor management, and CCTV surveillance while coordinating with internal teams and external agencies to handle emergencies and maintain safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Security Operations: ensure 24x7 security coverage, access control, visitor management, CCTV surveillance and patrolling.
• Emergency Response: coordinate evacuation, fire drills, incident handling and crisis management.
• Compliance & Safety: ensure statutory compliance, security audits and adherence to SOPs.
• Vendor & Team Management: manage manpower deployment, training, grooming, attendance and performance reviews.
• Reporting: prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS, incident reports and security dashboards.
