Job summary

Abbott India in India (Village Mauza: Baddi) is seeking an IPQA/QA professional to ensure GMP/GDP compliance in the Oral dosage facility. The role involves managing samples, batch records, calibration of IPQA instruments, investigations, and SOP training, with adherence to safety and COBC.

The position is based on-site with standard work shifts. Candidates will contribute to Quality Assurance and established pharma processes within Abbott’s established global health network.

Responsibilities

• Compliance of current Good Manufacturing Practices in the Oral dosage facility & to follow GDP with data-integrity compliance.
• Manufacturing and Packing process compliance in accordance with approved BMR/BPR.
• Line clearance, In-process checks at the different stages of batch manufacturing and packing.
• Collection and management of control samples / stability samples / validation samples / other samples (as applicable) and maintain their record.
• Issuance of Batch records and review of executed batch documents.
• Issuance of controlled copies of Logbooks and formats.
• Compliance of IPQA related SOPs and records.
• Calibration of IPQA instruments and to maintain related records.
• Assist investigation activities.
• SOP training in ISOtrain of self-train within stipulated time.
• Follow all practices related to safety and COBC.
