Job summary

Apcotex Industries in Navi Mumbai invites applications for a chemical process role focusing on production supervision, manpower allocation, and equipment handling including pumps, compressors, and generators.

The ideal candidate will have diploma in chemical or B.Sc./M.Sc. chemistry plus knowledge of batch processing, DCS and batch processing, and familiarity with ISO standards and TPM. Experience with environmental and safety regulations is desired.

Qualifications

• Experience with batch processing in chemical plants.
• Understanding of mass and energy balance and utilities such as refrigeration, pumps and air compressors.
• Familiar with ISO 9001, 14001 & 18001 and TPM.
• Awareness of factory acts related to environment and safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee manpower allocation and supervision.
• Monitor pumps and compressors operation.
• Perform inspection and maintenance planning.
• Oversee generator sets and other utilities.
