Job summary

Bunge seeks an Officer-Packing (Sup Sp III Industrial Operations) for Krishnapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. The incumbent will operate and maintain packing equipment, monitor parameters, and ensure adherence to safety and HACCP standards in a fast-paced oil/packing environment.

With ITI/Diploma and 5-8 years of relevant experience, you will conduct pre-shift risk assessments, lead toolbox talks, and ensure proper shift handovers while upholding 5S and housekeeping throughout the facility.

Qualifications

• ITI/Diploma in a relevant field.
• 5-8 years of experience in packing operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain packing equipment.
• Record and monitor the equipment parameters in shifts.
• Operate the refinery & packing process.
• Follow the Safety & food safety Standards & HACCP standards.
• Conduct pre shift risk assessment and toolbox talk with the entire team.
• Ensure the proper utilization of manpower.
• Sustain the 5S & housekeeping in ammonia plant.
• Ensure the online quality check of cold room parameters.
• Regular machine health check-up and maintenance as per schedule.
• Minimize wastage and damage in respect to oil and packing materials.
• Maintain the shift records and log book and proper hand over take over.

Role Purpose Statement: Ensure smooth running of Packing equipment’s and operations with quality and Food Safety

Main Accountabilities:

• Operate and Maintain packing equipment
• To record and monitor the equipment parameters in shifts.
• Operate the refinery & packing process.
