Bunge invites applications for the Officer-Packing role based in Krishnapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. You will oversee packing equipment, monitor process parameters, and ensure adherence to food safety and HACCP standards across shifts.

Ideal candidates hold ITI or Diploma qualifications with 5–8 years in industrial packing, troubleshooting, and DCS/SCADA operations, and you will contribute to safety, quality, and efficiency in a fast-paced facility.

Qualificações

• ITI or Diploma in relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in packing/industrial ops.
• Knowledge of blending machines and manufacturing processes.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and maintain packing equipment.
• Record and monitor equipment parameters in shifts.
• Operate refinery and packing processes.
• Follow safety and HACCP standards.
• Conduct pre-shift risk assessments and toolbox talks.
• Ensure proper manpower utilization and shift handovers.
• Maintain 5S and housekeeping in the ammonia plant.
• Ensure online quality checks of cold room parameters.
• Perform regular machine health checks and scheduled maintenance.
• Minimize wastage of oil and packing materials.
• Keep shift logs and handover records.

Role Purpose Statement Ensure smooth running of Packing equipment’s and operations with quality and Food Safety

Main Accountabilities

• Operate and Maintain packing equipment
• To record and monitor the equipment parameters in shifts.
• Operate the refinery & packing process.
• Follow the Safety & food safety Standards & HACCP standards.
• To conduct pre shift risk assessment and Tool box talk with the entire team.
• Ensure the proper utilization of manpower.
• Sustain the 5s & housekeeping in ammonia plant.
• Ensure the online quality check of cold room parameters.
• Regular machine health check-up and follow maintenance of machine as per schedule.
• Minimize wastage and damage in respect to oil and packing materials.
• Maintain the shift records and log book and proper hand over take over.
