Job summary

B. Braun Group in India is seeking an Assistant Product Manager to translate marketing insights into product success. You will drive end-to-end marketing plans and collaborate with SCM and regulatory teams on forecasting and pricing.

You will build KOL and hospital relationships, align India Sales with APAC Marketing, and manage campaigns with high autonomy while supporting learning and growth within a global medical devices leader.

Qualifications

  • Graduation/Master's in Pharmaceuticals, Bio Medical or related field with MBA or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years total experience, at least 3 years in Product Management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop end-to-end marketing plans and go-to-market strategies based on market insights.
  • Identify and implement new product lines, extensions and pricing, coordinate sales forecasting with SCM and regulatory teams.
  • Build relationships with KOLs and hospital personnel and develop scientific marketing materials.
  • Align India Sales with APAC Marketing to harmonize messaging and campaigns.
  • Monitor performance using dynamic databases and maintain accountability with high autonomy.

As a Product Manager at B. Braun Group you will play a vital role maintaining efficient production processes for the manufacturing of our high-quality medical products.


Your key responsibilities:


  • Lead the end-to-end development of comprehensive marketing plans and go-to-market strategies. This includes conducting deep-dive research into market trends, competitor landscapes, and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities and ensure effective product life cycle management.

  • Drive the identification, implementation, and planning of new product styles, line extensions, and pricing strategies. You will be responsible for accurate sales forecasting in coordination with SCM and collaborating with regulatory teams to manage frameworks for product registrations.

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and hospital personnel, creating scientific platforms and marketing materials to solve customer problems.

  • Serve as the primary interface between India Sales and APAC Marketing to align messaging, share clinical outcomes, and lead special projects or campaigns.

  • Monitor performance through controlling tools and dynamic databases, ensuring accountability and innovative problem-solving while working with high autonomy.


What you will bring to the team:


  • Graduation/Masters in Pharmaceuticals, Bio Medical B. Pharm/M. Pharm or BSc /M.Sc. in biological Sciences with additional professional qualification MBA or equivalent.

  • Candidates should possess minimum 5 years of total professional experience, in which minimum 3 years should be from Product Management.
