Job summary

Amneal Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Junior Officer - Filling & Sealing in Hyderabad. The role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience along with a qualification in D.Pharm, BSc, or B.Tech. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring safety protocols, monitoring aseptic processing conditions, and maintaining compliance with cGMP.

Replacement of Mr. Sujitkumar Swain, Junior Officer -Filling & Sealing with Min 4 years experience.

Job Description

• To follow safety rules in the premises according to the company norms.
• Monitoring of DP, RH and temperature in the aseptic processing area.
• Maintain the BMRs and other log books in the aseptic processing area as per cGMP and SOP.
• Operate and clean area equipment in the filling area (filling machine, rubber stoppering, sealing machines, isolators, pass boxes, glove cleaning and integrity testers including VHP).
• Carry out the filling, stoppering, lyophilization and sealing operations as per the SOP.
• Perform in process checks during filling.
• Perform aseptic area cleaning and fogging in coordination with engineering department as per schedule.
• Operate and clean all aseptic area equipment, change parts and storage as per procedure.
• Operate and clean heating cooling skid, CIP & SIP skid.
• Conduct environmental monitoring of (viable) aseptic processing area.
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments (QA, QC, warehouse, engineering, HR and administration) for day-to-day activities.
• Ensure timely completion of calibrations and validations in coordination with engineering and QA for aseptic processing area.
• Verify cleaning and prepare filling parts for autoclaving.
• Complete SOPs training and on-the-job trainings related to aseptic processing area.
• Operate and clean all equipment like CIP/SIP for vessels before and after batch processes related to filling and filtration.
• Perform additional activities as directed by HOD.

Qualifications
