Job summary

The Hiring Club is seeking an Officer/Executive Audit & Compliance to lead transaction audits, credit checks, and independent audits as required by management. The role includes planning audits, conducting process reviews, and delivering quarterly reports with trackers for deviations.

You will ensure smooth coordination with external agencies for monitoring and internal audits, while tracking measures and ensuring timely implementation of audit recommendations.

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant/Inter CA with 1-3 years in Internal Audit
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to travel across India
• Adaptive attitude towards new tasks and processes

Responsibilities

• Conduction of transaction audit
• Conducting credit worthiness checks
• Independent audit based on management requirements, including audit plan, process audit, and quarterly audit reports to management, with action trackers for deviations
• Smooth coordination with external agencies for monitoring and internal audit
• Measure tracking and effective implementation of audit recommendations

Job Description :

• Responsible for conduction of transaction audit
• Responsible for conducting credit worthiness check
• Responsible for conducting independent audit based on management requirement which includes preparation of audit plan, conduct process audit as per plan and submit the audit report to management on quarterly basis. Further, prepared action tracker for timely and effective implementation of audit deviations.
• Responsible for smooth co-ordination of the with external agency for conduction of monitoring process and internal audit
• Responsible for measure tracking and effective implementation

Qualifications :

Chartered Accountant/ Inter CA with 1-3 years in Internal Audit
