We’re looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Officer - Digital Ad Operations Associate (Internal Job Title: Media Intermediate Analyst - C11) based in Mumbai, India. This role requires 5-7 years of experience in Google Campaign Manager 360 (CM360) and related ad trafficking skills.

Responsibilities
- Campaign Setup & Management:
- Lead setup and configuration of digital ad campaigns in CM360, Innovid, and Flashtalking, adhering to media plans and naming conventions.
- Manage campaign assets and ensure proper alignment and scheduling.
- Creative Asset Management:
- Upload, test, and assign creative assets (display banners, video, rich media, native) to appropriate placements in CM360.
- Conduct QA of creative functionality, compliance with technical specifications, and landing page redirection.
- Tracking & Tagging Expertise:
- Generate, implement, and QA ad tags for media partners and publishers.
- Set up and verify floodlight tags for conversion tracking.
- Identify and resolve tracking discrepancies to maintain data integrity.
- Reporting & Optimization Support:
- Generate standard and custom reports from CM360.
- Provide insights to media teams for campaign optimization.
- Monitor delivery and pacing; flag delivery issues.
- Quality Assurance:
- Implement pre‑launch QA for setups, tags, and creatives.
- Conduct post‑launch checks to confirm campaign performance.
- Communication & Collaboration:
- Facilitate communication with media planners, buyers, creative teams, and external partners.
- Clearly articulate technical requirements and timelines.
- Technical Troubleshooting:
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to ad serving, creative rendering, tracking, and reporting.
- Escalate to vendor support when necessary.
Requirements
- 5–7 years experience in ad trafficking, specifically with Google Campaign Manager 360 (CM360).
- Proven expertise in setting up, managing, and troubleshooting various ad types and tracking methodologies.
- Strong understanding of ad serving processes and digital advertising ecosystems.
- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience with Innovid and/or Flashtalking.
- Experience with other ad servers or DSPs like Google Ads, DV360, The Trade Desk.
- Familiarity with web debugging tools (Chrome Developer Tools).
- Basic understanding of HTML, JavaScript, or other web technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
