Job summary

A financial services firm in Ludhiana is seeking a Client Service Executive who will manage various front desk responsibilities including handling applications, petty cash, and communication with clients. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, a positive attitude, and desire for growth, along with 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience preferably in the financial sector. A graduate in Commerce or MBA in Finance is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months to max 2 years of experience, preferably in Mutual Fund or Banks.
• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in mutual funds or banking preferred.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Execute all Client Service functions at the front desk of Ludhiana Branch.
• Handle petty cash and vendor payments.
• Process applications and handle client queries and complaints.
• Manage deposit slips and cheque banking as per guidelines.
• Coordinate with the Sales team and resolve queries.
• Carry out branch administration and correspondence with various functions.
• Coordinate with Registrar/Head Office and Vendors; assist Sales with queries.
• Support coordination with Sales team and resolve their queries.

What is the roles objective?

• To be able to execute all Client Service functions at the front desk of Ludhiana Branch including handling of petty cash / vendor payments.
• The RR locations of Amritsar and Jallandhar also route all their queries to Ludhiana
• Acceptance & time stamping of applications, handling walk in clients for their queries and complaints. Proper scrutiny & other quality checks for an application form. Ability to complete standard verification from client/distributor.
• Filling of deposit slip and handling cheque banking as per guidelines. Reporting of large value transactions through the TITAN reporting system.
• Should be able to handle inbound/ outbound calls.
• Branch Administration related work / correspondence with different functions.
• Ability to coordinate and work with Registrar/Head Office/ Vendors.
• Coordination with Sales team and resolving their queries.
