• Handle front office and client service activities at Chennai Branch.
• Attend to investors’ and distributors’ queries and transactions.
• Ensure timely banking of cheques and report large value transactions.
• Coordinate with CAMS registrars and other departments for customer delivery.
• Maintain MIS and month-end reports accurately.
• Ensure ethical customer service practices.

What is the roles objective?

Handling Front office and all client service activities at Chennai Branch:

• Attending to investor’s /distributor’s, accepting & time stamping of transactions post necessary scrutiny.
• Handling Queries/complaints received from Investors & distributors –through calls, walk ins or emails.
• Ensuring timely banking of cheques and reporting of large value transactions.
• He/ She should coordinate with CAMS registrars, Back office, sales, team & any other department for effective customer delivery.
• He/She should have good presentation skills to do presentations to a larger audience.
• Maintain MIS and other month end reports accurately.
• Ensure ethical customer service practices as per the laid guidelines and maintain high customer service standards.

What skills do you need to possess?

• Sound knowledge of Mutual Fund Industry & AMFI certified.
