Job summary

Rubicon Research in India is seeking a QC Analyst with hands-on experience in physical and chemical analysis, including HPLC, GC, UV, IR and Dissolution testing. You will ensure quality across raw materials, packaging materials, water samples, in-process samples and finished products.

The role requires strict adherence to GLP and health, safety and environmental systems in the laboratory, instrument calibration, and collaboration with supervisors across shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in QC under GLP, GDP, GMP environments.
• Exposure to US-FDA approved companies is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Chromeleon software is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical and chemical, instrumental analysis of Raw Material, Packaging material, Water Samples, In-Process, Finished Product and Stability Samples.
• Carry out Release testing, Dissolution profile, Challenge Study, Hold time study, and API verification as applicable.
• Perform instrument calibration and qualification of working standards.
• Adhere to GLP and Health, Safety and Environment systems in laboratory.
• Carry out tasks assigned by supervisor/HOD and communicate effectively.

Job Responsibilities / Deliverables

• To perform physical and Chemical, Instrumental analysis of Raw Material, Packaging material, Water Samples, In-Process, Finished Product Samples and Stability Samples.
• The candidate should have experience on HPLC, GC, UV, IR and Dissolution testing.
• To perform a Release testing, Dissolution profile study, Challenge Study, Hold time study, RLD sample analysis, validation, verification, method transfer activity and API-Verification as when applicable.
• To perform instrument calibration and working standard qualification.
• Responsible to adherence of GLP and Health, Safety Environment system in Laboratory.
• To perform the task assigned by the supervisor/HOD as and when required.
• Should have good written and communication skill.

Qualifications & Pre-Requisites

Preferably have following skill but not limit as mentioned below;

• Bachelor / Master Degree of Science / Pharma.
• The candidate should have experience on HPLC / GC / UV / IR / KF / Dissolution etc.
• He should have exposure of QC working under GLP, GDP, GMP environment.
• The candidate having experience in US-FDA approved company is more preferable.
• Knowledge of Chromeleon software will be an added advantage.
• Should have skill to achieve deliverable task with minimum support for analysis.

Additional Notes

• Role is expected to work in all shifts.
• If required, the candidate should be ready to travel to all plant locations on work priority as per company policy.
• Responsible to ensure compliance to GLP, Health, Safety and Environment requirement.
