Job summary

Highshine It Solutions is seeking an Odoo Technical Consultant with 5+ years of experience to lead technical development, customization, and implementation of Odoo ERP solutions. You will collaborate with functional consultants and clients to analyze requirements and craft robust technical solutions, with strong emphasis on Python, Odoo framework, and PostgreSQL.

Ideal candidates will have expertise in developing/modifying Odoo modules and integrating with third-party apps.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Odoo Technical Consultant or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Python and Odoo framework.
• Experience in developing and customizing Odoo modules (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, HR, etc.).
• In-depth understanding of PostgreSQL and database optimization.
• Experience with Odoo integrations and API development.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
