Zusammenfassung

Odox SoftHub LLP is seeking a Senior Odoo Functional Consultant to work directly with customers to document and validate business requirements and map them to Odoo ERP features. You will conduct training sessions, attend project meetings, give demos, and provide project progress updates.

The role requires strong knowledge of Odoo versions 11–17, and experience in implementation projects, with excellent planning and communication skills.

Minimum Experience Required: 2+ years

We are looking for a Senior Odoo Functional Consultant preferably Male Keralite who will be responsible for working directly with our customers to document and validate their business requirements and map them to standard Odoo ERP features and functionalities. He/She will be required to conduct training sessions with the customer over the phone or in person, attend project meetings, give demos to clients, and provide status on the progress of running project activities and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Good understanding of business and operational processes including Accounts, Sales/Purchase, Human Resources, Payroll, and Point of sale.
• Should give demonstrations to existing and prospective clients
• Develop solution design and lead clients throughout the implementation and support phases.
• Evaluate customers’ business requirements, needs, and objectives and transform the same into company processes, solutions, and modules being implemented.
• Analyze and resolve complex customer issues related to data and processes.
• Prepare a detailed scope of work(SOW) resulting from personalization sessions with our customers in the pre-sales phase to provide proposed solutions for the customer’s business requirements.
• Documenting customer requirements and coordinating implementation with technical consultants and developers.
• Interact with the key end-users and business owners to map applications to standard business processes and conduct a gap analysis.

Must-Have

• Minimum 1+Yrs Experience
• Work experience in Odoo version 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 Community and Enterprise Edition.
• Good knowledge of Business processes, Sales & Accounts
• Previous experience in Odoo Implementation
