The candidate will customize views, workflows, and reports, develop REST APIs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams during implementation and upgrades.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Odoo development, customization and implementation.
• Strong programming skills in Python and knowledge of the Odoo framework.
• Experience with Odoo modules: POS, Inventory, Sales/CRM, Purchase, MRP, Accounting.

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules based on business requirements.
• Design scalable solutions using the Odoo ORM and framework.
• Customize Odoo views, workflows, reports, and business logic in Python, XML, and QWeb.
• Develop and enhance Odoo POS, Inventory, Sales/CRM, Purchase, MRP, and Accounting.
• Debug and resolve issues in Odoo; integrate REST APIs and third-party systems.
• Translate business requirements into ERP solutions and work with product teams.
• Participate in version upgrades, data migration, and system enhancements.
• Prepare technical documentation and support deployed solutions.

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Odoo Developer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Odoo development, customization, and implementation. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python and the Odoo framework, along with experience working across key ERP modules and business processes.

Candidates with experience in QSR, Fast Food, Restaurants, Cloud Kitchens, Food & Beverage, Retail, or Hospitality will be strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules based on business requirements.
• Design and implement scalable solutions using the Odoo ORM and framework.
• Customize Odoo views, workflows, reports, and business logic using Python, XML, and QWeb .
• Develop and enhance Odoo POS, Inventory, Sales/CRM, Purchase, MRP, and Accounting functionalities.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve functional and technical issues in Odoo.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs and third-party systems with Odoo.
• Understand business requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions.
• Work closely with functional, product, and business teams during implementation.
• Participate in Odoo version upgrades, migration, data migration, and system enhancements.
• Optimize application performance and ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Prepare technical documentation and provide support for deployed solutions.
