Job description

• Design, develop, and implement Odoo modules and workflows related to various business processes.
• Integrate and configure Odoo with third-party applications and services, ensuring seamless communication between systems.
• Troubleshoot, investigate, identify, and resolve issues related to Odoo functionalities.
• Work in collaboration with the project coordinators & suppliers.
• Work closely with business users to understand their requirements and provide effective solutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, conduct testing, and ensure quality assurance of developed solutions.
• Timely delivery of project/module.
• Ensure the security and integrity of data by implementing appropriate data protection measures.
• Optimize application performance to ensure scalability and responsiveness.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience as an Odoo Developer with a focus on Odoo base modules.
• Familiar with most of the core modules in Odoo.
• Bachelor’s degree (or Master’s) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge and hands‑on experience in developing and customizing Odoo modules.
• Promote and contribute to the open source community.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and contribute to collective objectives.
• Proficient with code versioning tools such as Git.
• Passion for best design and coding practices and a desire to develop new bold ideas.
• Odoo certification is an added advantage.
• Passion for open‑source development. Understanding of OCA (Odoo Community Association) principles and guidelines. Contributions to OCA is a huge plus.
