Job summary

Purview Services is seeking an OCI IAM Security Lead to define, architect, and govern identity, access and cloud security controls on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. The role provides technical leadership across IAM, security architecture, compliance and access governance to ensure secure cloud adoption.

You will lead IAM design, secure tenancy, least-privilege RBAC, authentication federation (SSO, MFA, OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML) and PAM in OCI, aligning with enterprise standards and regulatory

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design and implement OCI Identity & Access Management (IAM) including users, groups, compartments and policies.
• Architect secure OCI tenancy and landing zones per security standards.
• Define and enforce least-privilege RBAC models across OCI resources.
• Lead identity lifecycle management and access certification processes.
• Implement authentication and federation using SSO, MFA, OAuth, OpenID Connect and SAML.
• Oversee privileged access management (PAM) and sensitive account controls within OCI.
• Define OCI security policies and controls including encryption and key management.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments for identity and access configurations and propose mitigations.
• Act as security escalation point for IAM and access incidents in OCI.
• Monitor IAM events, access anomalies and policy violations; drive remediation with infra, app and SOC teams.

Role & responsibilities

The OCI + IDAM Security Lead is responsible for defining, architecting, and governing identity, access, and cloud security controls on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). This role provides technical leadership across IAM, security architecture, compliance, and access governance, ensuring secure cloud adoption, leastprivilege access, and regulatory alignment across enterprise workloads.

Key Responsibilities

OCI IAM & Security Architecture

• Lead the design and implementation of OCI Identity & Access Management (IAM) including users, groups, dynamic groups, compartments, policies, and network sources
• Architect secure OCI tenancy and landing zones aligned with enterprise security standards and segregation of duties
• Define and enforce leastprivilege and rolebased access control (RBAC) models across OCI resources

Identity Governance & Access Controls (IDAM)

• Lead identity lifecycle management (joiner, mover, leaver) and access certification processes
• Implement and govern authentication and federation using industry standards (SSO, MFA, OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML)
• Oversee privileged access management (PAM) and sensitive account controls within OCI environments ]

Cloud Security & Compliance

• Define OCI security policies and controls covering IAM, encryption, key management, and secure access patterns
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security frameworks and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO, NIST, SOX framework alignment, not audit ownership)
• Conduct risk assessments for identity and access configurations and recommend mitigation strategies Operations & Incident Support
• Act as security escalation point for IAM and accessrelated incidents in OCI
• Monitor and review IAM events, access anomalies, and policy violations using OCI security services
• Drive remediation of misconfigurations and access risks in collaboration with infra, app, and SOC teams
