Job summary

Purview Services seeks an OCI IAM & Security Lead to define, architect, and govern identity, access, and cloud security controls on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). This role provides technical leadership across IAM, security architecture, compliance, and access governance, ensuring secure cloud adoption and least-privilege access across workloads.

• Experience designing and governing identity, access and cloud security controls on OCI.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of OCI IAM including users, groups, compartments and policies.
• Architect secure OCI tenancy and landing zones aligned with security standards.
• Enforce least-privilege and RBAC across OCI resources.
• Lead identity lifecycle management and access certification processes.
• Govern authentication and federation using SSO/MFA/OAuth/OpenID/SAML.
• Oversee PAM and sensitive account controls within OCI environments.

Role & responsibilities

The OCI + IDAM Security Lead is responsible for defining, architecting, and governing identity, access, and cloud security controls on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). This role provides technical leadership across IAM, security architecture, compliance, and access governance, ensuring secure cloud adoption, leastprivilege access, and regulatory alignment across enterprise workloads.

Key Responsibilities

OCI IAM & Security Architecture

• Lead the design and implementation of OCI Identity & Access Management (IAM) including users, groups, dynamic groups, compartments, policies, and network sources
• Architect secure OCI tenancy and landing zones aligned with enterprise security standards and segregation of duties
• Define and enforce leastprivilege and rolebased access control (RBAC) models across OCI resources

Identity Governance & Access Controls (IDAM)

• Lead identity lifecycle management (joiner, mover, leaver) and access certification processes
• Implement and govern authentication and federation using industry standards (SSO, MFA, OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML)
• Oversee privileged access management (PAM) and sensitive account controls within OCI environments ]

Cloud Security & Compliance

• Define OCI security policies and controls covering IAM, encryption, key management, and secure access patterns
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security frameworks and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO, NIST, SOX framework alignment, not audit ownership)
• Conduct risk assessments for identity and access configurations and recommend mitigation strategies Operations & Incident Support
• Act as security escalation point for IAM and accessrelated incidents in OCI
• Monitor and review IAM events, access anomalies, and policy violations using OCI security services
• Drive remediation of misconfigurations and access risks in collaboration with infra, app, and SOC teams
