Led by senior Speech-Language Pathologist Ms. Aneesya Rajan, the center offers Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Special Education, and Behavioral support. The team follows an evidence-based, child-centered approach to help children communicate, learn, and grow with confidence. MTW works closely with families, building meaningful milestones through collaborative care. Role Description The Occupational Therapist will provide direct, on-site therapy services to pediatric clients at our Bengaluru center in a full-time capacity. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing children’s developmental, sensory, motor, and functional needs, creating individualized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based interventions to improve daily living, play, and school-related skills. The role involves collaborating with speech therapists, special educators, and behavioral professionals, as well as maintaining clear documentation of assessments, goals, and progress. The Occupational Therapist will actively engage and coach families and caregivers to support carryover of strategies at home and school, participate in team meetings, and contribute to a positive, child-centered clinical environment.
