You will perform obstetric and gynecological consultations, monitor high-risk pregnancies, assist deliveries, coordinate with OT and NICU teams, and maintain accurate medical records while upholding privacy and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct obstetrics and gynaecology OPD, IPD, and emergency consultations.

• Assist or perform deliveries, gynaecological procedures, and surgeries as per protocol.
• Review ultrasound reports, lab reports, clinical findings, and patient history.
• Provide pre‑operative and post‑operative care for gynaecology patients.
• Counsel patients regarding pregnancy care, medicines, procedures, contraception, and follow‑up.

Job Description

Obstetric and Gynaecologist is responsible for providing women's healthcare services including antenatal care, postnatal care, labour management, gynaecological consultation, high‑risk pregnancy support, surgical care, and patient counselling. The role requires expertise in obstetrics and gynaecology, clinical diagnosis, emergency management, and respectful patient‑centered care.

Role & Responsibilities

• Conduct obstetrics and gynaecology OPD, IPD, and emergency consultations.
• Manage antenatal, postnatal, menstrual, infertility, and gynaecological cases.
• Monitor pregnancy progress and identify high‑risk pregnancy concerns.
• Assist or perform deliveries, gynaecological procedures, and surgeries as per protocol.
• Review ultrasound reports, lab reports, clinical findings, and patient history.
• Provide pre‑operative and post‑operative care for gynaecology patients.

• Ensure patient privacy, dignity, and sensitive communication during women's healthcare.
• Follow infection control, patient safety, and women's health protocols.
• Participate in clinical audits, case discussions, and quality improvement activities.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient medical information.
