Job summary

Nextenti Tech Private Limited seeks an obstetrics and gynecology specialist to join our General, OBG department in Bengaluru. The role covers antenatal to postnatal care, including labor and delivery management and emergency obstetric care.

The candidate will perform gynecological surgeries under supervision, conduct obstetric ultrasounds, provide reproductive health counseling, and maintain meticulous documentation in line with hospital policies, working with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• MBBS and MS in Obstetrics & Gynecology required.
• Clinical experience in obstetrics and gynecology expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care in obstetrics and gynecology, including patient assessment and management of antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care.
• Conduct gynecological surgeries and assist in complex procedures under supervision.
• Perform and interpret ultrasound scans for obstetric and gynecological assessments.
• Manage labor and delivery, ensuring safe and effective care for both mother and child.
• Deliver emergency obstetric care as required, including handling complications during pregnancy and childbirth.
• Offer reproductive health counseling and education to patients, catering to individual needs and concerns.
• Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation, ensuring all patient interactions and procedures are recorded in compliance with hospital policies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care and optimal outcomes.
• Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to continuous improvement of clinical practices and protocols.
