Job summary

Circana is seeking a Senior Technical Lead to drive the architecture, governance, modernization, and operational excellence of Microsoft 365 and AI-powered workplace technologies. The role covers Copilot, Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and related tools, with focus on secure adoption, automation, and business value.

You will mentor L2/L3 engineers, own roadmaps, and guide incident resolution while enabling AI-enabled ITSM and governance across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of enterprise Microsoft 365 architecture and operational support experience.
• Deep knowledge of Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID, Purview and security.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 Copilot architecture, deployment, administration and support.
• Experience with Copilot Studio, custom agents, AI Builder and Power Platform.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Graph, Graph Connectors, Microsoft Search and Semantic Index.
• Experience using AI for ITSM, knowledge management, workflow automation and ticket triage.
• Experience with Responsible AI, AI governance, privacy, compliance and data protection controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex M365 migrations, upgrades, integrations, and architecture-level resolution of Severity 1 and 2 incidents.
• Own the architecture, roadmap, standards and governance for Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID, Intune, Purview and Viva.
• Lead Microsoft 365 Copilot readiness and adoption including licensing, data governance, security, semantic index and change management.
• Own administration, governance and operational support for Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI services.
• Design, deploy and manage Copilot Studio agents and conversational workflows.
• Administer Microsoft Graph Connectors, Microsoft Search and Semantic Index optimization.
• Develop AI support models, SOPs, prompt libraries, training, adoption and business value reporting.
• Leverage Power Platform, AI Builder and Power Automate to automate IT and business processes.

Role Overview

Lead the architecture, governance, modernization, and operational excellence of Microsoft 365 and AI-powered workplace technologies, including Copilot, Copilot Studio, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, and Purview. Drive secure adoption, automation, compliance, and digital workplace innovation to enhance productivity, collaboration, and business outcomes.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead complex M365 migrations, upgrades, integrations, and architecture-level resolution of Severity 1 and 2 incidents, including RCA and permanent fixes.
• Own the architecture, roadmap, standards and governance for Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID, Intune, Purview and Viva.
• Lead Microsoft 365 Copilot readiness and adoption including licensing, data governance, security, semantic index and change management.
• Own administration, governance and operational support for Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI services.
• Design, deploy and manage Copilot Studio agents and conversational workflows.
• Administer Microsoft Graph Connectors, Microsoft Search and Semantic Index optimization.
• Develop AI support models, SOPs, prompt libraries, training, adoption and business value reporting.
• Leverage Power Platform, AI Builder and Power Automate to automate IT and business processes.
• Drive automation using PowerShell, Azure Automation, Intune remediations and AI-assisted ticket triage.

• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to L2/L3 engineers and administrators, and maintain SOPs, design standards, and knowledge documentation.
• Mentor engineering teams and drive architecture reviews & technical leadership.

Essential Experience and Skills

• 10-12 years of enterprise Microsoft 365 architecture and operational support experience.
• Deep knowledge of Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID, Purview, hybrid identity and enterprise security.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 Copilot architecture, deployment, administration and support.
• Experience with Copilot Studio, custom agents, AI Builder and Power Platform.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Graph, Graph Connectors, Microsoft Search and Semantic Index.
• Experience using AI for ITSM, knowledge management, workflow automation and ticket triage.
• Experience with Responsible AI, AI governance, privacy, compliance and data protection controls.
• Ability to create enterprise prompt engineering standards and AI usage policies.
• Practical experience deploying Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Claude or similar enterprise AI solutions.
