Job summary

Vrinda International is hiring an O2C Executive – Spanish Specialist in Gurugram Sector 54. 3–5 years of O2C experience, strong AR & Billing knowledge, and invoicing skills. Night shift, 5 days on-site. Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounting or related field required.

Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics) and familiarity with SSC/GCC/telecom sectors is a plus. Spanish language skills preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in O2C / Order-to-Cash processes.
• Strong knowledge of AR & Customer Billing.
• Hands-on experience in Invoice Processing & Payment Tracking.
• Strong understanding of O2C Lifecycle & Reconciliations.
• Basic knowledge of Accounting Principles.
• ERP systems experience (SAP / Oracle / MS Dynamics) preferred.
• SSC / GCC / Telecom environment experience a plus.
• Invoicing dispute resolution & customer account management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end O2C activities including billing and receivables.
• Collaborate with finance and sales to ensure accurate invoicing.
• Assist in month-end close with reconciliations and data accuracy.
