Job summary

Healthify in Bengaluru is seeking a passionate Nutritionist / Health Coach to design personalised nutrition plans and coach clients toward sustainable lifestyle changes. You’ll work closely with clients to understand goals, build customised plans, and drive adherence within a high-energy, target-driven environment.

You will manage group coaching communities, conduct regular client calls, and aim to convert trial clients into premium memberships while delivering measurable client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree in Nutrition or Dietetics with clinical nutrition knowledge.
• Experience in client-facing roles and health coaching.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort with digital platforms and online coaching tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor clients’ dietary intake and adherence to personalised programs.
• Develop personalised nutrition plans based on goals, conditions, lifestyle and preferences.
• Assess progress and health needs, recommending changes to nutrition and wellness programs.
• Track progress and provide ongoing guidance, motivation and support.
• Manage and moderate group coaching communities, engaging clients consistently.
• Conduct regular client calls and consultations to address concerns and improve adherence.
• Convert free-trial clients into premium customers by communicating value of Healthify’s programs.
• Own monthly revenue and conversion targets.
• Deliver 5+ hours of client calls/consultations per day.
• Participate in training and upskilling programs to strengthen nutrition and coaching capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experience.

We’re looking for a passionate and empathetic Nutritionist / Health Coach to join the Healthify team. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their health goals, build personalised nutrition plans, drive adherence, and help them achieve sustainable lifestyle changes.

The role combines clinical nutrition expertise, client coaching, communication, and business impact.

What You’ll Do

• Monitor clients’ dietary intake and adherence to ensure smooth execution of their personalised health programs.
• Develop and recommend personalised nutrition plans based on clients’ health goals, medical conditions, food preferences, lifestyle, and eating habits.
• Assess clients’ strengths, challenges, progress, and health needs, and recommend appropriate changes to their nutrition and wellness programs.
• Track client progress across different stages of their journey and provide ongoing guidance, motivation, and support.
• Manage and moderate group coaching communities, actively engaging with clients and motivating them towards healthier habits.
• Conduct regular client calls and consultations to understand concerns, provide guidance, and improve program adherence.
• Convert free-trial clients into premium customers by effectively communicating the value and impact of Healthify’s programs.
• Own and consistently deliver monthly revenue and conversion targets.
• Demonstrate strong commitment to client engagement, including 5+ hours of client calling/consultation slots per day.
• Actively participate in training and upskilling programs to continuously strengthen nutrition, coaching, and communication capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.

What We’re Looking For

• Postgraduate qualification in Nutrition / Dietetics / Clinical Nutrition or a related field.
• Additional certification/coursework in Diabetes Nutrition, Sports Nutrition, or related specialisations is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of clinical nutrition and evidence-based dietary practices.
• Relevant experience in nutrition counselling, health coaching, or a similar client-facing role.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and consultative selling skills.
• Comfortable working with technology, digital platforms, and online client-coaching tools.
• Ability to build trust and effectively communicate with clients from diverse backgrounds and age groups.
• A proactive, target-oriented mindset with a passion for client outcomes and revenue performance.
• Passionate about health, fitness, nutrition, and helping people build sustainable lifestyle habits.
• Willingness to work in a high-energy, target-driven environment with strong ownership and accountability.
