Role Description

The Nursing Tutor is a full-time, on-site role based in North Goa, responsible for providing high-quality nursing education and training to students and clinical staff. Day-to-day activities include preparing and delivering lectures, demonstrations, and skills training sessions; developing lesson plans and educational materials aligned with current nursing standards; and supervising practical and clinical exercises to ensure safe and effective patient care practices. The role involves assessing learner performance through tests, assignments, and clinical evaluations, offering constructive feedback, and maintaining accurate academic records. The Nursing Tutor will collaborate with clinical teams to integrate real-world scenarios into teaching, participate in curriculum development and quality improvement initiatives, and support learners through mentoring and guidance.

• Recognized nursing qualification (e.g., B.Sc Nursing or equivalent); advanced degrees or certifications in nursing education are an advantage.
• Prior experience as a nursing tutor, clinical instructor, or nurse educator is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational, mentoring, and classroom management abilities, with a commitment to ethical and patient-centered care.
