The Nursing Staff is responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care by monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, assisting doctors during medical procedures, and ensuring patient safety and comfort.

The plays a key part in delivering high-quality healthcare through compassionate care and adherence to nursing standards.

Formación

• B.SC Nursing or GNM qualifications.
• Experience: 0-1 years expected.
• All gender candidates eligible.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct nursing care to patients.
• Assess and monitor patient health conditions.
• Record vital signs and report abnormalities.
• Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and blood products.
• Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and surgeries.
• Prepare patients for diagnostic tests and treatments.
• Educate patients and attendants regarding treatment plans.
• Ensure infection control and biomedical waste management.
• Monitor patient recovery and report changes promptly.
• Coordinate with laboratory, pharmacy, radiology, and other departments.
• Assist in admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Respond to medical emergencies and Code Blue situations.
• Maintain nursing equipment and supplies.
• Follow hospital SOPs, nursing protocols, and NABH standards.
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety programs.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and professional ethics.
• Provide emotional support to patients and families.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and patient-friendly environment.
• Perform additional responsibilities assigned by the Nursing Supervisor.
