Job summary

Curagers Healthcare is seeking a compassionate General Duty Assistant (GDA) / Nursing Assistant (NA) to provide high-quality home care support to patients in their residences. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor well-being, and coordinate with nurses to follow care plans.

The role requires empathy, good communication, and physical ability to assist with mobility and personal care. Prior home care or hospital experience is preferred; certification in GDA/NA is required.

Qualifications

• Provide medication reminders and support per guidelines; no administration without certification.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the patient’s environment.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding according to dietary needs.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients.
• Follow care plans and instructions from nurses or supervisors.
• Ensure patient safety at all times.

Qualifications
